Institutional by design.

01

Entity separation

Each ELOVIA organisation retains distinct legal duties, governing authority, records and decisions.

02

Independent oversight

Board and trustee appointments are made through documented suitability, independence and conflict-of-interest review.

03

Reserved decisions

Strategy, risk appetite, major expenditure, regulated activity and material partnerships require the appropriate governing approval.

04

Customer protection

Dignity, affordability, fair treatment, safeguarding and effective complaints handling inform every material decision.

05

Evidence and accountability

Management information, audit trails, impact measures and risk reporting support transparent oversight.

06

Licensing discipline

No regulated credit activity proceeds before required permissions, policies, controls and formal activation are complete.
